Stephen Ellison is wanted after failing to appear at court in relation to drug offences.
Ellison is white, 5ft 7in tall, of slim build, with short brown hair and brown eyes.
He has links to Runcorn and Warrington in Cheshire, as well as L8 in Liverpool.
