Merseyside Police are appealing for witnesses after a chase at speeds in excess 130 mph along the M57 during the night.

The black Mercedes thought to be an AMG C63 was lost around the Prescot area.

If you see one being driven erratically please call the Police on 101.

Given that there are only 5k AMG C63s in the UK, I'd have though that a PNC VODS for Black and Merseyside would be worthwhile !

If you see one driving at 130 mph there isn't much point calling the police they couldn't catch the one they saw.

I've yet to see an AMG C63 NOT being driven 'erratically'....

The kind of people who can afford such cars ..

Then having that kind of money choose to by an AMG C63 and not the plethora of more capable less ostentatious ones...

Tend to drive in a slightly 'exuberant'..(read 'get out of my way I am a REAL somebody')way...

Demonstrating not only their lack of enthusiasm/knowledge of cars and their weakness for marketing hype and loudness over style......lol
