This stolen HGV on cloned plates came through Formby into Merseyside, and stole a trailer and container. Fortunately it was reported to Police straight away. However when we spotted the HGV it immediately drove contravening along the M62! It was later found abandoned on the road side, and one male was arrested at scene.
